Bart Hutton

 

                Mr. Hutton owns 50% of the business and will serve as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Hutton is an experienced executive officer having served as the Chief Executive Officer of a large insurance claim adjusting company (Allcat Claims Service, LLC) for over 20 years.  In addition, Mr. Hutton is a lifelong rancher and resides on his 3,000 acre ranch in Uvalde, Texas.  A supplier of the highest quality replacement heifers and show cattle, Mr. Hutton maintains personal relationships with hundreds of Texas farmers and ranchers. 

 

An experienced entrepreneur with a track record of starting small businesses and growing them into successful enterprises, Mr. Hutton has extensive experience in a variety of sectors, including real estate development, aviation, equine equipment, commercial hunting, insurance, banking and construction.  Mr. Hutton has substantial experience in retail sales, having started his first business (a retail equine equipment company) while still in college. 

 

An avid rodeo participant, Mr. Hutton is well-known throughout the Western horse world as a breeder of top rodeo horses, accomplished team roper and a director of the ProRodeo Hall of Fame.  He also serves as a director for a community bank in the South Texas market.  Mr. Hutton is a resident of the community served by the Dealership and committed to living in and serving the local community.

Chad H. Foster, Jr.

 

                Mr. Foster owns 50% of the business and will serve as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Foster resides with his family in Uvalde, Texas and is a well-known leader in the community.  A graduate of Texas A&M University, Mr. Foster has extensive experience in the farm and ranch real estate business. The founder and chief executive officer of Foster Farm & Ranch, Mr. Foster has represented clients purchasing and selling farm and ranch real estate throughout the state of Texas. 

 

An experienced land developer, Mr. Foster has also spearheaded numerous ranch property, retail, industrial, self-storage and rail terminal developments. 

 

Mr. Foster has experience in the equipment industry, having owned and operated a rental equipment business and growing it to $16 million in annual sales under his leadership.  Along with his family and partners, Mr. Foster engages in row crop farming of over 6,000 acres in the Uvalde area.   Mr. Foster maintains relationships with hundreds of Texas farmers and ranchers as well as the vendors, suppliers and contractors active in the farm and ranch industry.
